3. Document Storage
Documents and signatures are stored securely using encrypted storage on AWS S3. Completed documents are retained for 7 years to meet legal compliance requirements. You may request deletion of your documents at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
4. Audit Trail
For legal compliance, we maintain a detailed audit trail of all signing activities, including timestamps, IP addresses, and browser information. This data is stored in a tamper-evident hash chain and cannot be modified after recording.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security reviews. All infrastructure is hosted on AWS with SOC 2 compliance.
6. Third-Party Services
We use AWS for infrastructure and storage, and our authentication service for account management. We do not share your documents or signature data with any other third parties except as required to deliver the service.
