By accessing or using InkPact, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
InkPact provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to upload documents, place signature fields, send documents for signing, and collect legally compliant electronic signatures. The service includes audit trail generation and certificate of completion features.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use InkPact. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Electronic Signatures
InkPact facilitates the creation of electronic signatures that comply with the ESIGN Act, UETA, and eIDAS regulations. By using the service, you acknowledge that electronic signatures created through InkPact are legally binding to the same extent as handwritten signatures, subject to applicable law.
5. Your Documents
You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload to InkPact. We do not access, use, or share your documents except as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any documents through the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use InkPact for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, or to interfere with other users' use of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
InkPact is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
